At On Prize, we strive to provide the best food ordering experience. Please read our refund and cancellation policy carefully.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled only before the restaurant starts preparing the food. Once the order is confirmed and preparation begins, cancellation is not allowed.

Refund Eligibility

• If the order is cancelled within the allowed time.
• If the order is not delivered.
• If you receive the wrong item.
• If the food is damaged or unsafe to consume.

Non-Refundable Cases

• Change of mind after food preparation.
• Incorrect delivery address provided by the user.
• Failed delivery due to unavailability of the customer.

Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days to the original payment method.
